Pickup and Delivery Information

At Estilo Studio, we strive to provide seamless service for all our customers. Please note the following details regarding pickups and deliveries:

  • Pickup Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all pickups. Goods will only be dispatched once final payment has been received. Pick up location is 28/380 Mons Road Forest Glen 4556 QLD
  • Product Availability: Delivery is subject to product availability. Please check with us for current stock levels and lead times.
  • Freight and Shipping:
    • Estilo Studio offers complimentary transport booking as part of our service. We will select the most appropriate shipping mode and carrier.
    • Freight costs are additional and will be added to your invoice for payment.
    • We aim to secure the best freight prices based on the transport requirements of each order. For courier transport, consignment tracking details will be provided.
    • Authority to Leave: For courier deliveries, we recommend selecting "Authority to Leave" to avoid potential re-delivery fees. If this is not specified and delivery is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply.

Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to QLD, NSW, VIC, and ACT.

  • For SA, NT, or WA customers: Simply fill out the form below with the products you'd like to purchase and your location. We’ll provide a personalised shipping quote within 5-7 business days.
  • Rural and Regional Areas: Deliveries to locations more than 50 km from metro areas may incur additional fees. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you to arrange payment. Alternatively, leave a note during checkout to notify us.

Alternative Shipping Options
