We do understand sometimes our items may arrive to you with some imperfections. We try to open and check every item before it comes to your home. In the event we may have missed something or the item looks like it may have been damaged in transit please get in contact with us immediately on our email email@example.com so we can guide you through the process from there.
After receiving images and determining the item is in-fact faulty it is our policy that it needs to be on its way back to our warehouse within 7 DAYS of delivery to your home to ensure we have product to replace it with.
*please note our items are handmade from natural timber products so slight imperfections can be expected.

As pre orders are made to your order request. If you cancel your order a 20% Cancellation will incur.
