Estilo Studio Refund Policy

At Estilo Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality items to your home. However, we understand that occasionally, imperfections or damages may occur. Here's how we handle these situations:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items:
    While we carefully inspect each item before dispatch, if your order arrives with damage or a fault, please contact us immediately at info@estilostudio.com.au. Include photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and guide you through the next steps.

    • Once we've confirmed the item is faulty, it must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can replace it promptly.
    • Note: Many of our items are handmade from natural timber products. As a result, slight imperfections are part of their unique character and not considered faults.
  • Pre-Order Items:
    Pre-order items are specially made based on your request. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
